The Honda RC51 needs no introduction and there was a period of time when it was the dominate in the AMA superbike championship. Erion Honda’s RC51 were stunning machines and with Curtis Roberts and Jake Zemke behind the bars were able to fight towards the pointy end of the field. The replica below is sporting the infamous #69 of Nicky Hayden. Nicky raced a RC51 for Factory Honda but previously also raced for Erion Honda.

AHRMA is the vintage road race series in the United States and allows racers to show off amazing race bikes from all generations. There are multiple classes that allows the Honda RC51 to compete in and there are quite a few that grid up.

Duel high exit mufflers and RC51 is something most people think go hand in hand, but HRC actually used a single exit quite often. The machine here is rocking a beautiful example of this.

Radial Caliper adapters on the OEM forks mated with Brembo M4 calipers.
I don’t think you can ever go wrong with Marchesini 5Y rims.
IMA Adjustable Triples. Ohlins Carts. Billet Brembo Master, and ear plug holders?
The Erion Honda scheme on a Honda RC51 is just beautiful.
Nice underslung caliper mount with floating rear rotor.
Please Honda, make a new RC51.
